Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Harry brings over 20 years of experience spanning institutional investing, corporate strategy & M&A, and technology. He founded Rubric Advisors to deliver the same rigor and discipline he applied managing institutional capital, now dedicated to helping individuals and families build lasting wealth.
His investment career includes 14 years at one of the largest asset managers in the world, where he served as Head of Multifactor Investments, managing long-only and long-short equity portfolios across global markets. He later served as Chief Investment Officer of Radiant Global Investors.
Before finance, Harry built his career in technology, holding engineering and strategy roles at Sun Microsystems, Motorola, and Openwave Systems. He holds 7 U.S. patents in enterprise authentication, mobile device management, and web services, and co-authored a book on Java programming.
Harry is also CEO of StartupCFO.AI, an AI-powered finance platform for startups. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Saint Francis Foundation and is a mentor at Berkeley SkyDeck, UC Berkeley’s startup accelerator.
He holds an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, an MS in Computer Science from the Indian Statistical Institute, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Bangalore University.

As Senior Wealth Advisor, Nihal helps shape the firm's investment philosophy, portfolio strategy, and risk management approach. He works closely with clients to ensure portfolios are thoughtfully constructed, aligned with long-term goals, and resilient across market cycles.
Nihal brings a unique combination of investment expertise and real-world operating experience. He was the founder of Adaptive Frontier Investments LLC, a California-registered investment advisor built on a client-first philosophy and a disciplined, evidence-based approach to investing. His work has focused on helping families navigate complexity by integrating financial planning with portfolio construction, with an emphasis on a systematic approach to risk management, maintaining perspective during market volatility, and staying aligned with long-term objectives.
Prior to his work in investment management, Nihal spent nearly three decades at Intel Corporation in senior leadership roles across business operations, pricing strategy, and global sales. He led business operations for multi-billion-dollar business lines in emerging technology markets including artificial intelligence and high-performance computing, managing complex decisions around market opportunity assessment, demand forecasting, pricing, supply, and revenue optimization. This experience brings a practical, decision-oriented lens to his work with client portfolios in today's technology-driven markets.
At Rubric Advisors, Nihal is committed to supporting a fiduciary, planning-driven investment approach, where portfolios are designed not in isolation, but as part of a broader financial life strategy.
He holds an MBA in Finance with honors from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, an MS in Electrical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, and a BE in Electronics Engineering from Bombay University. He has passed all three levels of the CFA exams and does not hold the CFA charter.

Quantitative Research Consultant
Anil began his career as a software engineer before moving into quantitative investment management. Over more than a decade as a quant portfolio manager at prior firms, he managed up to $20 billion in AUM for a range of institutional clients, including 1940 Act funds, hedge funds, insurance companies, investment-adviser portfolios for retail clients, and smart-beta ETFs, across strategies such as quantitative equity selection, asset allocation, global macro, and tail-risk hedging, and asset classes spanning equities, bonds, currencies, commodities, and futures and options.
He is currently a data scientist at YouTube, applying quantitative methods to a range of strategic and product-level initiatives. At Rubric Advisors, Anil serves as a consultant, contributing quantitative research, analytics, and modeling that support the firm's investment process. His role is a firm consulting role only; he does not provide investment advice to clients or manage client accounts.
